FAQ

Shipping:

  • USA: Free shipping anywhere in the USA via USPS. Hooray! Delivery times will vary, but average 5-9 business days for in-stock items.
  • International: We currently offer international shipping to Australia only via USPS. We don't offer international shipping to other countries...yet. We hope to in the near future. 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Our goal is that you love your dress, so feel free to email us with any questions you have before ordering – we're happy to help: effortless_style@shopsayda.com
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of item delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, have no stains (e.g. makeup, deodorant), and include all original packaging and tags.
  • We offer two options for returns: 1) Exchange: We’ll cover the return shipping on domestic purchases (USA). You'll cover the shipping on international purchases (Australia). 2) Refund: Use a shipping method of your choice and you’ll pay the return shipping. Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You'll be refunded within 10 days of our receipt of the returned items.
  • To get the return process started, send an email to effortless_style@shopsayda.com with your 1) first and last name, 2) order number, 3) which option you’re choosing (return or exchange), and 4) the reason for return/exchange.
  • SAYDA has the right to deny refunds/exchanges for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please handle our pieces with care.
